New test: Check that it is possible to use the "intersection" attribute in dark mode/yellow flash (M0001)

The intersection is used when a single TLC is controller multiple intersections.

The M0001 command includes attribute to select which intersection the command applies to. We should add one or more test cases to check that this command behaves as exepected.

We can do that, but it will of course require that the controller actually has multiple intersections. We can tag these tests with something like 'intersections'.
