Test results for ITC-2 and EC-2

Development for ITC-2 and EC-2 have stopped, and they are not online in our test hub anymore.

Should we keep showing the latest results, or remove them completely from our setup?

Since they are still in use on street it might make sense to show the last available test results, since that indicate that RMSP support in these controllers?

I think we keep mention them on the web page, but they are no longer connected to our test hub. I think the workflows can be removed from this repo.

Perhaps we can list their support as 'partial' on the web page and add a link to the latest test results.

Since we still update the validator, and occasionally add tests, it would be optimal to still have these devices connected, so we can get updated test results.
But if that's not possible, I agree that we can show the latests tests with a note.
