sciurus17.urdf.xacro内で、waist_yaw_jointのupper_limitに負の値を、lower_limitに正の値を入れており、わかりにくいです。

           waist_yaw_upper_limit="${radians(-110)}" 
        
           waist_yaw_lower_limit="${radians(110)}"

マクロ内でupperの値をlowerにセットしているので、挙動としては問題ありません。
