How to make my own xml file that when picked it will resolve the committed files auto and there will be no need of <file>/path/to/file/</file>

In my .xml I have

In my .xml I have
When I committed this file
I was expecting it will fail, but it returned green, if I use the default PSR2 as arg in the .yml and remove the xml the file fails as it should.
