Non-existent versions are being chosen as the latest when using OpenDaylight Maven repo

I am using the OpenDaylight Maven repository, and I am seeing non-versions being chosen for the following:

• jline:jline - 3.3.1 is being chosen, but it should be 2.14.6
• junit:junit - 474.11 is being chosen, bit it should be 4.13.2
• commons-logging:commons-logging - 1.2344 is chosen, but it should be 1.2

I got the above information for the maven-metadata.xml file for each of the above. The directories for the chosen versions are empty -- e.g., jline:jline/3.3.1.
