MacOS compilation problem and AGC problem Windows #26

Hi, I've experienced some kind of bug and wasn't able to compile driver for my MBA with M1 SoC on latest OS version.
Also tested this on Windows and I think AGS isn't working properly.

Used steps from this site for MacOS

This worked for me:

git clone https://github.com/rtlsdrblog/rtl-sdr-blog.git
cd rtl-sdr-blog/
autoreconf -i
./configure
make

I than copied the dylib into the SDR++ App.
