Right now logs are just being printed out to stdout from the local-orchestrator.

Either the orchestrator needs to be responsible for streaming logs to a "logging service" of some form or shape.

This ticket is just a vague reminder do solve this problem, at the moment I have no idea how I'm going to solve it.
