Upgrade to Manifest V3 #20

Chrome is going to require Manifest V3 in all extensions.

I don't have the time now to update this whole extension and, more importantly, to test it properly.

Therefore this extension will probably stop working in the future, and be deprecated at some point.

If this extension is important for you, help is welcome.
