study_limits option seems not working for GlobalNetEcosystemCarbonBalance #24

Try to run ILAMBv2.5 with the hash tag 672ce40 and set the study_limits option "--study_limits 1850 2010", but I still can see "nbp(2011)" and "diff(2011)" in the result table. Moreover there are blanks in "nbp(2010)" and "diff(2010)" in the table.

Similar problem can be seen in the [link] (https://www.ilamb.org/CMIP6/historical/EcosystemandCarbonCycle/GlobalNetEcosystemCarbonBalance/GCP/GCP.html?model=E3SM-CTC). I do not why the value of E3SM-CTC is shown on 2007, but others are on 2015.
