Restrict currency dropdown to just US-Dollar #44

The user shall convert their currency to US-Dollar, which makes it easier to analyze the data.

If it will only be US-Dollar, we can get rid of the whole form-field I guess.

add text "convert to US-Dollar" (well, verbalized nicer ;) )
additional there could be a converter provided
change label from the salary-field (to include the default currency)
get rid of currency-dropdown
