Summary
This is for cleaning up some old data, so it doesn't appear erroneously in the "outstanding requests" report
Why
Less bank irritation -- seeing old requests that they have already taken care of in an outstanding requests list will be annoying!
Details
If a request has status 1 and it has an associated distribution, change the status to 2
Criteria for completion
Note
Core team will test the migration against a copy of production data before merging.
