ITaiwan is not a hotspot service directed at foreigners and is normally super sluggish and also requires you have a Taiwan mobile to register as noted on their site, it is intended for citizens/residents only. TPE-FREE is obviously geared towards everyone and has a easier setup. As well, these are all open networks and it should be noted as well that by using open networks, one does so at their own risk and should take precautions as no data is encrypted while using the networks.

I made edits to the main README but I don't know how to push the forked version to the master for review. Not to be rude, but the guide is lacking, and much of the information is outdated or lacking resources. I actually do a lot of editing for Wiki's regarding Taiwan since I'm living here obviously, between here and JP for work but if you need any help, I'm more then willing to help you guys bring the guide up to speed, I just don't know much about coding beyond basic markdown.
