OpenAI Error 502; Bad Gateway

Hi, I am using the SimpleNodeParser to extract metadata from ver large data and I get OpenAI Bad Gateway error quite frequently and each time this error comes, my program just freezes for 10 minutes roughly which is probably because it is expecting a response from OpenAI which doesn't come and then it says Error 502. Is there anyway to set timeout for node_parser ? I'll set the timeout to 20 seconds because on average each iteration takes 1.5-2 seconds. Any help will be appreciated, thanks.
