Markdown came back as an error:

It seems to be a font issue. What happen when you copy past from the document?

Alternatively in history details is there any logs?

Now it wont process at all, not sure if there are bugs on API but front-end llama cloud parse is down as well

Sorry for the late answer @Cedo-CP. We had an outage 2 weeks ago. Can you retry now?
