Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The previous version of Plans & Upgrades included usage hints which guided users to select price plans with sufficient quotas for their usage. This was not carried over to the current version where price plans are shown in a table.

Describe the solution you'd like
Usage hints including disabling price plans that are too small for current usage, and buttons that indicate whether a plan is a renewal, upgrade, or downgrade.

The usage hints were originally added here: #1516
