Start pod with encrypted volume #420

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I want to be able to start a pod programmatically with attached volume but have that volume be encrypted just like how it is done with web UI.

Pass in boolean argument to create_pod for encrypted volume
Describe alternatives you've considered
I've search codebase for this feature but does not seem to exist.
