I think the title is pretty descriptive. While there is a toggle to load to 100% it (obviously) 'causes the MacBook to always load to full.
An additional menu entry to "Load to 100% once" would be great. I may speak only for myself, but I have a feeling there are more people setting it and forgetting to 'untoggle' it when on battery. So if it would magically turn of one reached 100% it could be tremendous feature.
Alternatively a setting to switch between having a once and an always option in the menu could be a solution as well.
