OMG injectors click on ECU reset

i have 4chan on bench with battery, injectrors and no USB

i hit 'reset' button on the ECU and I can hear injectors clicksing

i can reproduce this on rev C
i can NOT reproduce this on rev F

Is that not prime pulse setting? Seems very intentional since ECU seems to be fully awake when this happens. Again have not had issues due to this ever
