Add ANN-benchmarks

This is a very interesting datastructure, do you have any plans to replicate the performance report for ann-benchmarks or add hgg to the benchmarks page?

@lumost I plan to do that eventually, but it was mentioned that the people over at Hora that actually have a working Rust adaptation of ann-benchmarks that they would help me plug this into (see hora-search/hora#5). Nothing has progressed on that, but perhaps that may still happen eventually.

Until then, I am somewhat preoccupied with speeding up vSLAM in the cv repository, so I am not working on this till that is good to go, packaged up, etc. Anyone that might be interested in plugging this into ann-benchmarks is welcome to work on that though. Otherwise, I will eventually add this there, but it will take some time.

At some point I would also like to expose bindings to hgg to Python using PyO3 as well, and that might be what I do before adding it to ann-benchmarks.

I expect that for some benchmarks that HGG would perform very well, so I would love to see the results, but I am just busy with other things currently.
