rust:startup.she and easy interactive directory access
rust:startup.she now defines SUBST's for all F: sub-directories (I:, M:, P:, O: etc.) making it easy to access folders and files outside the SHE environment (in explorer or search (filelocator). Note, these assignments are not used by source files.
