Full screen view for chart

Description:

We want to enable user to view chart in full screen.

When user taps on full screen icon, we will open chart in full screen.
Additional menu to browse between viewed sensor is shown at top of chart.
When user closes full screen view, he will return to the view where he started.

Separate card about adding full screen icon to corner of chart to access this view: #300
