Scrolling datapoints with S-Pen stops scroll if page moves up or down

Description:

User has Android device model with pen, app version 2.11.16
He is scrolling datapoints by sliding pen left-right on chart.
If page moves up or down even very slightly the sideways scrolling of datapoints stops.
