Server is sending back wrong user id

**TODO ONLY AFTER DEMO**
Ryan had to add code to clients that resets file id upon host disconnect, 
because it was causing problems with the editors when the same person becomes 
host again and shares the same files (case below). Perhaps after a host 
disconnect, the file maps aren't being deleted?

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Connect two clients
2. One becomes host
3. Shares files
4. Host disconnects
5. That person then connects again and begins to host
6. shares the same file
7. other client types one char

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The FEU sent does not have the same user id as the FEU received which was the 
same FEU.
