[lib] path setting breaks watching #8

If Cargo.toml contains a lib path override watcher does not work at all.

[lib]
crate-type = ["cdylib", "rlib"]
path = "./lib.rs"

Yes, the watch function has not been implemented for sub-paths that depend on local dependencies.
