Rocket.Chat Integration

As a project administrator, I'd like to link a certain channel in Rocket.Chat with a project in Requirements Bazaar in order to receive notifications about new requirements.

Users in Rocket chat should see the following for each requirement:

• title
• description
• clickable link to the requirement

The integration could be implemented similar to GitLab or GitHub integrations.

Maybe this is something we can use (once implemented) rwth-acis/las2peer-project-service#28.
First, however, we should evaluate whether we want to integrate the las2peer-project-service in Requirements Bazaar at all.
