I found this program because of bg3's lack of pausability, and I'm interested in using it. Though, I will say, it could do with a UI for one so as to not be constantly going through the registry (I'm loathe to edit the registry unless needed), and it could also do with an option to add modifier keys. It's nice to customize which key to press, but there's only so much keyboard space and some apps will occupy keys that others don't, so it's hard to find a key that will never be used. The ability to use modifier keys would help with that, so instead of pressing pause|break, you could instead map it to ctrl + alt + shift + pause|break, or something, because you can be well sure no app will ever use that key combo.
