Mounting tshock folder

Trying to bind the whole tshock folder on the run command doesn't work.

I'm want to host a TShock server with some plugins installed. I've already mounted the plugins folder by following the guide but some of this plugins create a config file inside the tshock folder, which I can't mount using the docker run command.
