not able to filter tickers for companies that recently IPO

for example, can't filter Slack or Uber because not included in cik_tickers.csv.

1. Could scrape S-1 because tickers are included,
2. Might be easier to scrape nasdaq for new IPOs, CIK is included on company page

Is there a particular scraper framework you want to use? Or do you want to build a library for scraping these?

So... I found this page the other day:

And it looks like might contain the ticker to cik mapping, however I don't know how often it is updated.
