Using console for run

I think I need a step by step tutorial, because nothing is working, all I get is these errors

In the second screenshot you have run the source code, to make it work you need to install the libraries via the command line in the terminal:

pip -r requirements.txt

requirements.txt is a file in the root folder with the code

In the first screenshot, you are running the python interpreter and trying to execute a MacOS command in it.
Open a new terminal and using the open command run the executable you downloaded from the releases

Running pip in terminal says command pip not found.

Typing open on the program in terminal, python says "could not be opened. Python Launcher cannot open files in the "python launcher document" format.
