Preprocess the data

Quynh: From raw dataset, we will do a preprocessing step to extract list of images. The list will be stored into file. The interface (the interaction tool) will only read the preprocessed data.

This will make the analysis step using the interaction tool faster.

I think it depends on what the need of the user is for the interactive analysis. Do they have to calculate all on the fly? Or they are just trying to understand what sorting strategy/on what external variables provide patterns?
