웹 인터페이스에서 공지사항 전송 동작 실행시, Expo 서버로 전송하여 앱에 푸시 메시지 전달 되도록 연동. Java 쪽은 잘 유지보수 되고 있는(?) SDK 가 따로 없어 Rest API 직접 호출할것. API 명세는 아래 Expo 문서 링크 참고.
