Scale7-core stable version dependency question #1

Would'nt be better to have dependency scale7-core of version 1.3 instead of 1.4-SNAPSHOT?

Because 1.4-SNAPSHOT version still have no additional value and to have as many stable version dependencies as possible looks like better strategy.
