Add doi for bigcat

What do you think about adding a DOI for bigcat to make it easier to cite it?

I know you deprecated it in favor of paintera, but for making ground-truth for smaller image / volume data I still prefer it over paintera, because it is more reactive and the functionality is more manageable.
