Compiling ditto without any networking/friends capabilities #749

Is it possible to have a version of ditto without any networking capabilities? My company is disallowing ditto usage because of this possibility of vulnerability.

I know I can disable friends/network at runtime, but this doesn't suit me.

it can be disabled so it doesn't show in the UI, https://github.com/sabrogden/Ditto/wiki/Restrict-Config-Settings
