Setting to always display sub-groups in top of list instead of bottom of list

Does Advanced Options have a setting for toggling placement of subgroups at top or bottom?
If not, could we get such an option?
I think placing subgroups at bottom results in a lot of scrolling through the group to reach the subgroup. I suppose the number of subgroups almost always would be less than non-grouped entries.
