  • Here Map Widget for Jupyter

    I am the maintainer of this library which helps in using HERE Maps API for JavaScript in your Jupyter Notebooks and enables interactive maps in the Jupyter Notebooks.

  • xyzspaces

    I am the maintainer of this library which provides a Pythonic interface to manage your XYZ hub or HERE Data Hub spaces.

  • HERE Location Services Python

    I am the maintainer of this library which is a python client to HERE Location Services.

  • Turfpy

    I am the co-author and maintainer of this library which is a reimplementation of turf.js in Python.

  • Maps CLI

    I am the maintainer of this library which is CLI for Map services providers.

  • Ipyleaflet

    I have contributed features such as Search Control to this library along with bug fixes in other features. ipyleaflet is a Jupyter / Leaflet bridge enabling interactive maps in the Jupyter Notebooks.

  • leafmap

    A Python package for geospatial analysis and interactive mapping in a Jupyter environment. I have added a new backend Here Map Widget for Jupyter in this package.

  • xyzservices

    xyzservices is a lightweight library providing a repository of available XYZ services offering raster basemap tiles. The repository is provided via Python API and as a compressed JSON file. I have contributed new providers along with bug fixes to this library.

  • Senior Software Engineer - HERE Technologies, Dec 2019 to Present

    I mainly build open-source software in my current role. I am the author and maintainer of the below open-source python libraries.

    HERE Map Widget for Jupyter:

    A Jupyter / HERE Maps API for JavaScript for JavaScript bridge enabling interactive maps in the Jupyter notebook.

    HERE Location Services:

    A python client to access HERE location services.

    xyzspaces:

    A python client for HERE Data Hub. Here Data Hub is a cloud-based real-time geospatial data management solution.

    I am also part of the Python SDK team which develops HERE Data SDK for Python.

  • Senior Software Engineer - Morgan Stanley, Sep 2018 - Nov 2019

    I was part of the development team for the Prime brokerage application called short sale approvals. The technology stack used is Python, Flask, Pandas, Sybase, Linux. This application allows users to approve short sell of particular Security based on market rules and availability of security in the firm's inventory. I have also developed various tools using python for this application.

  • Senior Software Engineer - Bank of America, Jan 2016 - Sep 2018

    Web application developed using web framework Flask which was used by Risk Managers in Bank of America to generate risk reports for various lines of businesses various types of reports supported are VaR, Limits, Sensitivities and Regulatory reports worked on both front-end and server-side application development.

  • Software Engineer - Dion Global Solutions , Apr 2015 - Jan 2016

    Post Trade processing solution for investment banks and stockbrokers across the globe. It provides automation of vertical processes across multiple asset classes and regions, enabling firms to efficiently adapt to market and regulatory changes. It supports equities, fixed income, futures, and options.

  • Software Engineer - Amdocs Development Center India, Jul 2012 - Mar 2015

    The ensemble is Amdoc's product for Telecom customer care and billing solution. It is a complete solution for customer management and revenue management which mainly focuses on billing, charging, and managing customer accounts.
