Recovery transactions don't show a status screen

Bug description

Adding a recoverer and creating a proposal as a recoverer keep the user stuck in the transaction review screen. The Execute button even switches to a Sign button while nothing happens.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open a 1/n Safe
2. Go to Settings > Security
3. Add Recovery and Execute the transaction

Expected result

The user sees the transaction status screen or the transaction modal closes

Obtained result

The user stays in the review screen
