User is not redirected to the created safe when changing networks

Bug description

Comes from testing ticket #4294

I found out that, while a safe is being created, if you change network, the redirection to the created safe doesn't happen (you stay in the safe creation page)

Environment

• Browser: Chrome
• Wallet: MetaMask
• Chain: Any (tested in sepolia)
• Env: Current dev 1.44

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to safe creation in sepolia
2. Start the safe creation
3. Sign in your wallet
4. Change the network of the safe web app in the top right corner to Eth
5. Wait for the "Get started" modal to pop up

Expected result

The user should be redirected to the newly created safe dashboard when the modal shows up

Obtained result

The user stays in the safe creation page
