Bug description

Top assets widget is shown on the Dashboard where there is no Ramp app , any other safe-app for the top up balance and no tokens in the safe

Environment

Browser: Chrome
Wallet: MetaMask
Chain: mainly new networks with Transaction Builder only in the safe-apps list

Steps to reproduce

Go to Dashboard on the networks with Tx builder only - ( example https://app.safe.global/home?safe=wc:0x835bd38403FCAe0bFbD9E9aB2e3318482840a70b )

Expected result

As an idea - hide the widget if there is no Ramp , other safe-app for the top up the balance and no tokens in the safe
