After a first review we noticed that this does not seem to be a technical issue, but rather a configuration issue or general question about how Portmaster works. ps. You know better than anyone that you're not a child, and it's really annoying to expect someone else to pick up the bug for you. Unless it's freeware, you should have a good understanding of the finished program. |

@Raphty I'd like to give you a debug log, but Export doesn't seem to be able to output from the log. The Portmaster app installed on my PC does not output any log information, and while there is active log data only on the core, none of the behaviors I could deduce from the GUI were associated with exports. |

When I try to extract a profile specified with the Tag method, such as a
Windows Service: service_name, the GUI for saving does not output and nothing happens. If I moved it to an extractable profile, I was able to extract it, but if I tried to do the opposite by adding a path method, I was unable to extract it.In theory, it appears to be stored as follows:
