New "Default Network Action" type wanted

What would you like to add or change?:

At the moment we have for "Settings->General->Default Network Action" three options:
"Allow"
"Block"
"Prompt"

Instead of "Prompt" I would like to have:
"Prompt per connection" (the way it works now)
and
"Prompt per program once" (First connection request for the program will be asked. )
Three possible answers: Allow, Block and "Prompt per connection" should be chooseable.

Why do you and others need this?:

I am missing an easy option to block or allow a program. The "Prompt" is good to have, but in most cases too much clicky afford.

We already have something like this planned, but did not yet have the time to implement it.
