If I change the shared CPU to 2 and dedicated CPU to 2/or something else, the dedicated CPU is always 0.25, is it true value? what are the differences between them?

I think this is a bug in the admin UI for cocalc, which is low priority since admins can work around it by setting a larger value, and non-admin users never see this...
