most people wont want this
it costs a lot of money
maybe have it on for 10 days since user creation then off unless unlocked?
really don't want 5000 videos statically hosted in there when 99% will never be viewed again.

regardless, separate cloud video & cloud non-video, in the settings and what actually happens.
