Does this only work on Colab? #116

I haven't had much success getting the notebook to run properly on environments other than Colab. I was trying to run it elsewhere because of costs.

Paperspace was giving me errors about "Unable to connect to Cloudflare Edge"
GCP Vertex AI Managed Notebooks kept throwing an error that a "GPU wasn't detected." I had a NVIDIA Tesla T4 running in a CUDA 11.0 environment.

Any sense of what I may have been doing wrong in GCP?
