Install given Ruby on Rails app

It should be possible to install a given Ruby on Rails app.

At the very least, there should be some CLI option like --ruby-on-rails, to tell Lampsible to install the platform requirements for running a Rails app.

Additionally, it would also be very good to set up the actual Rails app - download some existing codebase or release from somewhere, or upload a local build, configure database, etc.
