Actions over items can have a better explanation

The 'star' icon just says 'select', but it's a nice feature to use the resource at the site context, you can only have one per site. The description should be clearer and would be nice to have descriptions on the other action buttons.

Would be good to use a modal, I know it's very verbose but at the same time it's a feature that can produce unexpected results to the instructor because they don't know what's the purpose of the select option.

Something like 'Set this content as the default for this context' and the modal states 'Do you want to set this content as the default for this context? Students' will see this content and not other contents set previously.'

And a text for the unset 'Unset this content as the default for this context'.
