Add all endpoints documented on the public docs

The current specification file does not include all operations documented at: https://developer.salesforce.com/docs/atlas.en-us.mc-apis.meta/mc-apis/routes.htm

Can you add all the operations documented there to the specs? If not, do you accept PRs for adding endpoints and then the team managing this framework maintains it?

@manivinesh @vmani-sf Vinesh, I see you're the only contributor to this project still at Salesforce - are you able to update these docs? We are about to start a project intended to use journeys, which aren't a part of this API, and thus don't update the automatically generated SDKs (our target is C#/.NET). If there's any way you can help out, it'd be much appreciated.
