Add new option to metadata update utility to remove the version qualifier #29

There should be an easy way, given the version 0.0.1-SNAPSHOT for example, to update it to just 0.0.1. This is useful when releasing artifacts. Right now the workaround is to go through metadata query to get the "proposed release version".

Metadata update already has an option to add a version qualifier, but none to just remove it.
