theme UI to look more like in-game wands #18

Majority of this will be in #41

Make the sim look like Noita (for nice screenshots etc.)

A lot of the CSS/formatting/font etc. is done by the wiki, key exceptions are interactive UI elements.

Noita-feeling theme (can add other themes in future if necessary)
Add game font, styles etc.

Left to do:

Spell colour backgrounds
Wand slots/background styling
Mouseover animation + tooltip display for spells
Drag + drop styling tweaks
Quickbar
Toggles (checkbox styling)
Move config items around + styling for config menus
Export menu

I had not actually noticed the backgrounds, that would be really nice
