spell palette improvement ideas

Just a few possibilities-

• Pin favourites to a custom palette
• Recently used
• Somewhere the last spell you deleted from a wand goes, so you can grab it quickly
• Quick lookup/filter by string
• Order by options
• Name, most used, etc.
• Group-by type in one list (spell backgrounds will help with visual distinction too)
• ...

I like all of these.

One note is that I think filtering would require attaching the actual names of spells from the translation files, since right now the simulator only uses the IDs, and doesn't actually use the translated names (even though the code is already there to do so). Thus this would be sort of related to #6, in that that also would want translated spell names.
